Describing a woman who is pushing her limits, taking risks, and continuing to try despite obstacles.

Sendy is a term that is often used to refer to people who are attempting a risky sport. When they are about to climb, run, fall, or jump into something they have prepared for but are afraid to do, they often surround themselves with people who tell them to “just send it”. Being Sendy means being willing to try. It is being resilient when things don’t work out and trying again. It is having friends who will lift you up and encourage you and inspire you to accomplish your goals.

Are you a Sendy Mom? You don’t have to move to France, take up cooking, and host a cooking show like Julia Childs. You don’t have to hike the Appalachian Trail 3 times when you are 67-years-old like Emma Rowena Gatewood.  These Sendy women didn’t start their journeys trying to be famous. They didn’t think they would be an inspiration to millions. They just tried something that was hard.

This blog and podcast is about setting new and ambitious goals. It is about pushing limits. It is particularly for women who need to feel the power that is within them, discover their passion and purpose, and in the process, inspire other women to just send it!

Along the way, we will uncover tools to become more resilient and teach children to reach their potential. You can be the coach and mentor that will inspire and motivate your children to become more sendy!
