What is a Sendy Mom?
Describing a woman who is pushing her limits, taking risks, and continuing to try despite obstacles.
Sendy is a term used in risky sports — when someone is about to climb, run, or jump into something they’ve prepared for but are afraid to do, the people around them say “just send it.” Being Sendy means being willing to try. It’s being resilient when things don’t work out, and trying again anyway.
Are you a Sendy Mom? You don’t have to move to France and host a cooking show like Julia Child. You don’t have to hike the Appalachian Trail three times at 67 like Emma Gatewood. These women didn’t set out to be famous or to inspire millions. They just tried something hard.
This podcast is for women who need to feel the power that’s already within them — to discover their passion and purpose, and in the process, inspire other women to just send it. Along the way, we uncover tools to become more resilient and to teach our children to reach their potential too.
